If troops have to go to such lengths to not display the American flag, doesn't that indicate something is kinda fucked up? Like we're trying real hard to convince people of something that isn't true? Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!

The fact of the matter is, we are conquerors, at least at this point. We are in the process of destroying the current regime, and will shortly be installing an interim authority of our choosing. Well, "our choosing" is somewhat of a misnomer, as the government can't even agree on who should be in charge, but it will be an American regime that's put in place.

Now, whether or not we remain conquerors is the real issue.
